Hi, I am Kevin Menendez.
I am a professional photographer and videographer based in Los Angeles, California and owner of Katchlight Studios & Katchlight Media. What was once a hobby evolved into a passion that I have made my career. I love to capture couples in love because each wedding is unique and tells a different story from the rest and the feeling I get when I am able to combine my passion for the camera and someone’s story in an artistic way is priceless.
I'm patient, personal, and absolutely love to capture candid moments. I feel extremely honored to be part of every moment I witness. My work is always evolving and I will forever consider myself a student of life. I’ve spent years honing my style to separate myself from being just another traditional, “everyone smile and look at the camera” photographer & videographer. I get a nice mix of authentic and relaxed posed images and then I encourage my clients to play, cuddle, chase, twirl, sing and love, naturally. I like to think of my work as real, raw and intimate.
